When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, your dog's name, the service you are interested in and the message you send.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange or discuss a meet and greet. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any reasonable follow up, then we delete them.

Your rights
